This event is now SOLD OUT. BUT! We’re hosting another on Tuesday 12 September at the same time:
Join Certified Coach Sophie Carefull and Founder of Wild Coworking, Jess Hellens for a Business Retreat designed to reframe your mindset and clarify your strategy, focusing on easy to tackle goals.
It’s the perfect opportunity to dedicate a decent chunk of your time to working on not in your business, in the most tranquil and inspirational setting.
The day will be split into three different sections and you’ll experience two expert-led workshops to help you feel clear and confident in your business direction.
You’ll also have the chance to make connections in a relaxed environment. We won’t ask you to stand up and introduce yourself to the room either, we hate that. So it will be a case of getting to know everyone as you arrive and during the light, delicious lunch that we’ll be treating you to mid retreat.
Our aim for the day is to help you gain clarity and confidence, we won’t be overwhelming you with jargon and you’ll leave with a clear plan of action to get what you really want out of your business. The workbook we’ll be providing will ensure that you can go home and action everything straight away.
The venue is GREAT for content creation, every single corner is social media worthy.
Also, two words: goody bags.
This is how it’ll go down…
The morning:
Sophie will lead a grounding and inspiring visualisation exercise to help you connect with your life and business vision (even if that feels very unclear for you right now). She'll guide you to connect with the most confident version of yourself, and help you clarify the values that are most important for you to honour to feel fulfilled in your business.
Finally, before breaking for a delicious light lunch of sharing platters, Sophie will help you craft a meaningful intention statement to support the strategy session led by Jess. You'll go into the second half of the retreat day feeling calm, connected and ready to create a plan of action!
Lunch:
Artist Residence will be serving us a delicious sharing platter, with both veggie and vegan options (pictured below). You’re also welcome to stick around after the retreat to work in their inspiring spaces throughout the building.
Afternoon:
This is where we kick everything into action. Following on from the clarity session in the morning, you’ll be led by Jess through a series of prompts that will help you take a step back from working in your business, into the CEO role of working on your business. Something we seldom do when we’ve got limited time and other priorities that take over.
Jess’ jam is strategy, so she’ll help you reevaluate parts of your business - what’s working, what needs attention and what opportunities are there for the taking. We’ll think about your objectives, then we’ll discover what your next steps will be to help you meet them.
This is not about making *more* work for you, it’s a case of stripping everything back, helping you focus on the goals that will actually take you one step closer to achieving your vision for your life and business.
You’ll leave feeling energized and ready to get everything you’ve ever dreamed of for your life and work - we can’t wait to help you take that first step!

In 2020, she trained as a professional coach and now supports her clients to develop long-lasting self-belief so they can grow their business in the ways they truly want to, with less overwhelm and more joy.
Sophie lives in Bristol with her husband Sam and their adopted dog Otis. She’s an introvert with a love for second-hand fashion, colourful interiors and a good old nostalgic sitcom.
More about Jess:
Jess is the Founder and CEO of virtual community for women in business ‘Wild Coworking’, which started off as a IRL coworking space in Somerset but when the pandemic hit she worked overnight, fuelled by that addictive mix of adrenaline, panic and sheer determination we all had during that time and turned Wild into a virtual community for self-employed women across the UK, that has regular meetups too.
She leads the Wild mission to make business as accessible as possible from her base in Bristol and she’s an advocate for women in business nationwide. She’s also a UN Women UK Delegate.
She knows first hand what it’s like to build a business from rock bottom, but also how important it is to do it in a way that works for you.
Access information:
Artist Residence is a stone’s throw away from Cabot Circus and is easily accessible from Bristol Temple Meads either on foot or public transport.
When you arrive at the venue there are two doors to access the building, the door on the left is the one you need to go through. It will take you through to the bar area, there will likely be something there to greet you but if there isn’t take a right and walk through the area with the photobooth straight through into the Library.
Both Jess and Sophie will be there to greet you - our pictures are below (Jess is on the left with blonde hair and Sophie is on the right with brunette hair. Both are smiling at the camera surrounded by a bright background of trees).
Please email hello@wildcoworking if you have any access requirements eg. BSL interpretation or the ramp that will enable step-free access into the building. We will ensure everything is sorted before your arrival to make everything go as smoothly as possible.
