Self-employment’s great, but Wild makes it soooo much better.

If you’ve ever felt like you’re losing your mind, doubting why you started in the first place or you’re celebrating and looking around for someone to high five… don’t leave us hanging, join our community of women and non-binary business owner pals today.

Up top 👋
A popular coffee shop or cafe with a vintage interior, large windows, and decorative lighting. Several women are sitting at tables and sofas, some reading, chatting, or using their phones. A large red sign on the wall reads 'PARTY LIKE IT'S 1999'.

You know how some days you’re making it raaaain 💰 and others you decide the only option is to live in a forest cooking baked beans over a campfire because why on earth did you think business ownership was for you? Yeah, same.

It’s quite literally WILD out there. But it doesn’t need to be scary and you certainly don’t need to do it alone.

This is a unique, hybrid membership meaning we hang out online (workshops and virtual coworking) and in-person too at our coworking days and retreats.

Here you’ll find belonging, a place to call home.

Mega babe Siobhan Strode tells it how it is

Siobhan is a mentor for disruptors and wannabe change makers.

Turns out she’s also an absolute JOY to hang out with and a valued member of the Wild community.

Hi, I’m Jess, the one who started all of this

I see the magic and power of community every single day and know exactly how it feels to navigate the rocky world of self-employment. I live and breathe it. Sometimes it’s great, sometimes it sucks SO BAD.

Wild exists today because I was lonely as hell, didn’t fit in, felt underestimated and couldn’t understand why my progress wasn’t linear. But then I realised it’s not meant to be and it’s so much easier when you’re not doing this alone.

This is my absolute favourite job I’ve ever had.

We’re a mixture of misfits, neurodivergent people and founders who want to flip the script of traditional business ownership.

This is your place to build a business that works for you, to find collaborators and trusted people to work with but above all life-long friends who truly get what it’s like to work for ourselves.

I can’t wait to meet you!

In case you wondered, Wild is for you if you are:

  • A self-employed woman or non-binary person

  • A freelancer

  • A business owner

  • A director

  • An entrepreneur

  • A Founder

  • Working from home, even if that’s for someone else/another company

  • Inclusive and kind

  • Someone who believes in women and accepts people for who they are

  • Someone who believes in collaboration over competition

  • Willing to get involved

  • Are fed up with social media and want to connect with like-minded people away from the algorithm

Wild is not for trans-exclusionary radical feminists.

Wild is proudly trans inclusive because trans women are women.

Wild is not for you if you’re racist, ableist, ageist, Islamophobic, homophobic, antisemitic… you get the gist.

FAQs

  • Nope. Wild is designed to help you banish overwhelm and procrastination. Joining the Virtual Coworking sessions has helped members tackle the tasks they’ve been putting off for months.

  • No! We have multiple sessions so they’re around when you need them. Some months you’ll come to a few, other months you might not at all. You are not obligated to come along, but you will get more out of your membership if you do.

  • Then you’ve come to the right place to feel less alone whilst working from home! If you’re looking to go freelance, Wild will help build your confidence before you take the leap. There are lots of members who started out like you and are now running profitable businesses.

  • We have paused free trials, the best thing to do would be to book in for a ‘discovery call’ with Jess who can walk you through Wild and show you how it will best serve you.

  • We’d be sad to see you go - if you’re thinking about leaving let us know and there might be something we can do to improve your experience. If it’s not working for you, you have total control over your subscription, you just need to login to your account (the little box in the corner).

  • We have options for non-members to join all of our events, both on and offline. The best thing to do would be to head to the events tab to find something that you’d like to attend. We will either have an option for you to purchase tickets or you can email hello@wildcoworking.com to gain access.

Best to subscribe to the newsletter or waitlist to receive updates from us to be the first to know about the next non-member events or sessions!

  • Drop us a line at hello@wildcoworking.com and we’ll see what we can do ;)

  • You don’t have to worry about ‘ice breakers’ or pitching sessions. We encourage everyone to introduce themselves and their businesses either on Geneva or WhatsApp when they first join, so everyone can say hi and the word about your business can spread already! During online sessions you’re welcome to keep your mic and camera off if you’d prefer. This is a judgment-free zone and we will always encourage members to come as they are.

  • Most of us are in the UK and all sessions are GMT, in-person coworking days are also in the UK but we’re always open to people hosting elsewhere!

  • The zoom room is always open, but we tend to kick things off around 10am GMT Monday-Friday. These are drop-in so you can turn up at anytime!

*One of us, one of us, one of us*

Wild is not a cult.

I'm in

If you’re looking for more support with your business, I can help you with that.

Running or growing a business is bloody hard work but it’s even harder if you don’t have someone by your side cheering you on or keeping you accountable to your own goals. It’s even better if that person can help you with your marketing strategy or loves to help pull everything apart and put it back together in a way that works for not against you.

That person is me!

You can choose a Wild Plus memberships that gives you an hour of my time every month, ongoing support AND everything included in the Really Wild membership.

I also offer one-off sound boarding sessions and CEO days in-person.

I recommend booking a free quick chat first to see if we’ll be a good fit.
