Are you in CEO mode?

It's about time you took yourself as seriously as you take your business.

This isn’t about working harder, or smarter tbh.

It’s actually not about ‘working’ at all.

Together over the space of two weeks we’re going to hit the reset button and start a fresh.

The aim is to finally take up space and believe in yourself as the CEO of your business.

This process is often something I take 1:1 members through and the transformation is quite literally Wild.

This means I know YOU know what you should be doing and you’re still not doing it. You’re trying really hard! But you’re tired! You’re so tired! I’m right there with you, pal.

SURE, business ownership isn’t easy, but I don’t think we realise that it doesn’t need to be this hard either.

This is about practising not producing (for once).

What this is

CEO Mode is a two week group sprint for founders and business owners who want to take themselves more seriously, be less reactive and more proactive. But above all, want to feel gooood and in control of their business.

Over two weeks, I’ll share six small but mighty steps hosted in the Heartbeat community, plus join two live group calls with me where we can share challenges and help each other with solutions. It’s a bit like the artist’s way but for business owners.

I’ll be helping you reframe how you see yourself within your business, opening up honest conversations and giving you permission to stop running on empty and to start leading with intention.

Aaaand I’m not just preaching* I’m practicing too. I'll be doing this alongside you and sharing my own process because I’ll be honest * vulnerable moment incoming * I’ve not been listening to my own advice and I really, really need to.

*I actually won’t really be preaching either, more teaching? Leading? Doing the thing? Actually following my own advice for once in my life.

Next CEO Mode:

Monday 14 September - Friday 25 September

Who it’s for

→ People who are good at what they do but less good at directing themselves (hi hello it’s me).

→ Founders and business owners who've been running on instinct for a while and know it's time for a change.

→ It’s for you if you’ve forgotten you’re in charge

→ People who want to think more clearly about their business and their role within it.

→ If you’re not treating yourself like a good boss, then you need this

→ It’s for you if you’re done working for your business and are ready for it to work for you instead.

“During CEO mode it really made me focus on me in my business, not just working on and in my business which was not only refreshing, but also made me realise the power of supporting and nurturing myself in order to grow my business. Each day brought up some really good/icky stuff for me, and I loved having the Friday to hear others and be heard by others too.

“At the end of CEO mode I didn't want it to end, however I did feel completely different about my version of a CEO (surprise - its not a stressed out office worker, but one who can multi task calmly in her sweats, on the floor) and how I can tap into CEO mode easily. (also it really worked, I got in CEO mode, cold emailed a client I would love to create a product line with and she got back to me wanting to hear more about what I offer!!) — Michelle Howard, Brand Designer and Creative Director

Two weeks.

Six steps.

Plus two live Zoom calls hosted by me.

One in the middle on Thursday 17 September to keep things moving, and a closing session on Friday 25 September to reflect on what's shifted and to talk about our next steps/commitments to ourselves.

You’ll also have CEO-exclusive rooms on Heartbeat for discussion, rants and peer to peer advice.

Who am I?

A woman with glasses and blonde hair sitting at a table giving a presentation or discussion in a meeting room with a large screen behind her. The screen displays a diagram related to neuroscience or brain functions.

I’m a strategy obsessed facilitator, mentor and community leader with a background in marketing.

I love making things simple and straight forward for business owners who can’t see the wood for the trees.

Helping people zoom out and holding space for them to find clarity and regain control is my zone of genius.

I don’t call myself a coach because I’m not accredited and I don’t like seeing dodgy people claiming they are one when it’s such a delicate process and space to hold for someone.

And on CEO Mode: I built this because I needed it. I literally found myself doing all the things I help other people avoid, and I thought I really needed to practice what I preach FFS. And so I thought the most honest thing I could do was work through it and share it with you at the same time. That's what this sprint is.

Join me, won’t you?

Dates

The next sprint is 14-24 September

The first module drops on Monday 14 September, the first live call is Thursday 17 September at 10am and we close with a live session on Friday 25 September at 10am. Replays will be available on the same day and my dms will also be open on Fridays for 1:1 chats (I am also always hanging out in the CEO chat).

Each step will be dripped into your inbox on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. The live chat channels will be open immediately.
