Befriend your mind to achieve your goals

Join us for a workshop led by Annie Bell, a Mindset Coach for creative freelancers, who will help you understand what is REALLY holding you back from achieving your goals, and start taking action.


This is for you if you:

  • Regularly set goals but find yourself going off track or backing out of them

  • Are PUMPED by your goals & know why they are important, so you CAN’T understand why you can’t just do it??!

  • Have tried different systems and planners, but suspect there’s something deeper going on here…


It's time to uncover that deeper block. AND learn what exactly you can DO about it.


You’ll walk away with the tools to:

  • Get super clear on the thoughts and feelings currently holding you back

  • Learn to work with your mind and not ignore it or demand it to be different

  • Know how to find motivation, keep promises to yourself and hold yourself accountable

Length: 1 hour.

Structure: Workshop with participants writing and reflecting as we go along, and optional sharing with the group for the opportunity to get some live coaching from Annie.

Bring: Pen (fun pens and colours welcome!) and notebook / journal.

Before: You don’t need to prep anything beforehand - we’re going to go through everything together during the session. For those of you who don’t like surprises, it could be helpful to reflect on a goal you’ve been trying to work towards recently but feel blocked and are not able to take action on.

Things to take away after: Simple worksheet to support you to continue to implement what you’ve learned.
