The Cosy Season Workshop: Letting go, slowing down and nourishing yourself

Autumn is here, and the diminishing daylight and plummeting temperatures can bring our mood, motivation and joy levels all the way down. But here in Wild we like to embrace this season as the perfect cosy opportunity to layer up, light our favourite candle, and re-align with what lights us up the most in our lives, and our businesses.

This Workshop is run by our Wild Member Aggie McCabe, who is an Integrative Nutritionist and Somatic Therapist with around ten years of clinical experience.

In this workshop Aggie will cover:

  • why our daily habits, nervous systems and businesses need a different rhythm as they days get shorter

  • a guided reflection and journalling practice to let go of the beliefs, commitments and ‘shoulds’ you don’t want to carry into autumn and winter.

  • simple morning and evening routines that support your energy as the days get shorter and darker

  • warming food ideas to nourish you through the colder months

  • a couple of cosy somatic practices you can use between calls, launches and everything else

  • setting gentle intentions for the season ahead

  • Q&A times

You’ll leave feeling calmer, clearer about what you’re taking into the new season, and with a small toolkit of practical habits that make the colder months feel less like something to push through.

Free for Really Wild Members

£20 for non-members

£10 for recording only.
