It is time.
Spring is here, the sun is warming up, bulbs are in bloom and we’re emerging from a long winter.
This is the perfect time to take a step back from your business, take a moment to revisit your vision, untangle the clutter and walk away with a clear plan of action to take you into Q2 revitalised and ready to go.
If you’ve been feeling like you need a boost of energy, or would like some support to start something new this is the day for you.
Wild Founder Jess and Hannah Jayne from Wellbeing Done Well will guide you through a series of steps to take you from stagnant or muddled to confident and clear.
This is also your chance to gain a new perspective from other business owners during the group collaboration section of the day, which is always so super magical.
Your hosts for the day are Wild Founder and Mentor Jess Hellens, and Hannah Jayne, Founder of Wellbeing Done Well
This is how this ‘Emerge’ retreat will go down:
The morning will begin with a mindful vision session and journaling, focusing on how you are stepping into a new season, how you’ll use this energy leaving behind any doubts or negative self-talk.
There will be no form of physical exercise, so no yoga, only mind yoga lol.
Then we break for a delicious lunch.
After lunch we re-energise with a group creative collaboration session - this is a chance to brainstorm your ideas and help others with their challenges.
To round off we finish with a planning session, focusing on achievable tasks and new ideas. Ensuring you leave with actionable steps and the best feeling of rejuvenation ready to take on your next chapter.
There is zero pressure to come with ideas, or to talk solo - we will never ask you to pitch or anything gross like that. You can introduce yourself in your own time and there will be regular breaks. You can leave the room at any time for the loo or water, it’s a super relaxed day.
The most important person in the room is you.
All tickets include a workbook to use throughout the day, food, drink and of course a goody bag.
The Retreat is being held at BLOCK in Bristol on the twelfth floor in a light, airy room with breakout spaces and is completely accessible from street level.
Only three spots left!
