This 1 hour workshop is the perfect way for you to:

📝 reframe the unhelpful stories you've been telling yourself
My priority is to create a cosy and non-judgmental space for you to practice mindfulness and journaling.
You'll have an opportunity to share your reflections throughout the workshop but there’s no need for you to share your writing or feelings with the rest of the group if you don't want to. You do you.
Don't worry if you don't have any prior mindfulness or journaling experience! Just bring yourself, a journal and a pen and I’ll take care of the rest!
