Join Eleanor Hayes for a relaxing yoga session to help you finish the week in a deeply calm and relaxed state.
In this gentle session, we will start with some mindful grounding and soft breathing to help the body get into a calm state. Easy yoga postures for all levels with a focus on alignment, body connection and what feels nice in the body. We will finish with a guided relaxation session so you can wash away all your stress and start the weekend feeling awesome.
Suitable for all levels including absolute beginners & appropriate for pregnancy.
Bring a mat, blanket and pillow or cushion to the session.
