Join Cat Lau, Founder of 'Cat Does Wellness' for a wellbeing workshop that will help you avoid burn out and discover sustainable well-being.
Exercise should nourish not punish our bodies, this is the foundation on which Cat Does Wellness is built. This founder-led, well-being business created by Catarina offers personal training and holistic fitness classes, blending exercise, mindfulness and meditation. The approach encourages clients to move away from diet culture and a hyper fixation on the scale and instead re-aligning the focus to be on how they feel and support sustainable health-promoting behaviours to elevate their holistic well-being.
