Get ready for reading books by the fire, delicious food, cozy crafts and a touch of business chat too.

When was the last time you put yourself first in your business (or life???), it's time you did exactly that. We've designed this retreat to help you take a step back, surround yourself with like-minded business owners and refocus on what's important.

The aim is to actually have some downtime and rest.

The location is a beautiful 14th century manor house in the Cotswolds, just outside of Chippenham, a few minutes’ drive from the M4 and half an hour’s drive from Bath.

There are 8 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, two kitchens, a dining room fit for royalty aka us, open fires and gorgeous grounds to promenade around.

The weekend won’t be filled with loads of work, workshops or extras. This is about collaboration, crafting, rest, snacks and a sprinkling of business chat.

All drinks, snacks and meals included and will be cooked by our onsite private chef.

The agenda:

• Friday

  • Arrival from 6pm, picky bits tea from 7pm.

  • Catching up in front of the fire.

  • If you need to arrive earlier or later please get in touch with Jess.

• Saturday

  • Cooked breakfast from 8am

  • From 10am - crafting session

  • 12.30pm Lunch - (salads and breads)

  • From 1.30pm Journaling, group collaboration, business brainstorming

  • 4.30pm - downtime by the fire (or nap time) plus snacks

  • 6.30pm arrival in the dining room for drinks

  • 7pm (ish) Dinner - a boujie banquet - wear the outfit you feel most yourself in. Could be a power suit, could be fancy dress, could be pyjamas. Time to celebrate yo’self.

• Sunday

  • Continental breakfast from 8am

  • A fresh air walk around the grounds

  • 121s with Jess to review/help you with your plans

  • Journaling in front of the fire

  • Roast lunch

  • Leave anytime after the roast/a nap

It’s likely that Rodi (a small, very friendly, very fluffy white dog) will be there to greet you when you arrive.

The house is accessible from street level, if you require a step-free bedroom, please let us know.
