CEO day part one

Strategy week part two - I probably shouldn’t have gone with the ‘parts’ concept should I? I don’t even know where I am. A great start to the big plan, I’m sure you’ll agree.

I’m writing this retrospectively of the first part of my CEO day. The day where I make myself sit down in a board room like a PrOpeR BuSinEsS OwNer and do the hard stuff.

It starts off all glamorous on the twelfth floor, ends up with me hitting a bump in the road (not literally).

This isn’t easy, and as the week goes on it gets harder and harder 🫠
