CEO day part two
Sticky with a side of clarity.
This part went really well, even though I got a little stuck in my head and drank a smoothie that gave me palpitations.
The good news is I came away with the majority of a strategy document including targets and opportunities to increase revenue over the year. I also started developing the marketing plan attached to the strategy. It’s a timeline of activity, which tells me exactly what I need to do in order to achieve the objectives.
The next chapter is super juicy. I have some realisations that signal the start of an exciting year ahead, but it’s going to take a LOT of hard work.
