How to grow a business by being consistent.
I’ve learnt that consistency in business doesn’t mean doing the same thing over and over until you get results.
Consistency is:
Being unafraid to keep learning lessons aka failing
How you adapt and recover from failure
Navigating challenges
Problem solving
Stopping and taking a step back to reassess/evaluate
Forecasting numbers but knowing they and the landscape you’re predicting, can change
Asking for help
Listening to your audience/client/customer/team… just listen.
These points keep you moving forward… consistently.
