Something I wanted to create, even when I started out with the physical space, was somewhere people could come and feel protected and safe. If you are a trans exclusionary feminist, racist, ableist, ageist, sexist or believe in oppressing any marginalised group of people, Wild isn't for you.
It also means we're keen on trigger warnings.
-
I created Wild because business felt so inaccessible to me. I felt out of place as a woman because networking at the time was full of white men in grey suits (thankfully that seems to be changing).
At Wild people can 'come as they are' and not feel like they have to adapt to 'fit in' - we're not about power suits unless you'd like to wear one, in which case SO MUCH YES TO THAT.
Our in-person meet ups are always accessible, we offer BSL/captioned workshops/events and we listen to our ND members so we can adapt to their needs.
-
This feels like a bit of an over used buzz word but it's true, when you join Wild you'll feel empowered to take up space, to charge more, to believe in your worth and to be unapologetic for who you are.
There's no better feeling than fighting the good fight alongside other people who believe in tearing down the patriarchy.
-
You know those days when you wonder what the f*ck you're doing or how the hell you're meant to complete your tax return? Our library of resources, online workshops and knowledgable community will help you understand the most complex challenges. Without judgment you'll find solutions and build your confidence.
-
If you struggle to focus or can't grasp how long tasks actually take (and you end up under charging clients), maybe you've been putting off one particular task for months? Virtual coworking will tackle that immediately.
It's so hard to explain but members often call it magical - something happens when we work together online. We come away from a session feeling accomplished. We also begin to realise that our lists are probably unachievable in the time we used to give ourselves.
